    He arrived at the meeting hall dragging a giggling Peak Lord behind and to say that everyone was stunned to speak was an understatement.

    So fast forward. Shen Qingqiu was back to his stoic, cold and dignified stature.

    Everything came back to normal, Shen Qingqiu in his bamboo house. Liu Qingge on his verdict to bully his disciples, Mu Qingfan assisting patients, Qi Qingqi out on the veranda having tea, Yue Qingyuan signing paperworks all day, all the peak lords gathering on the meeting hall without Shen Qingqiu because they have a mission– wait, that's not normal at all. They are never going to go back to normal after that. After taking the young protagonist under his wing, however, he’s surprised to learn just how much the story has already diverged from its origins.

      Very fun concept where Shen Yuan ends up in the body of a woman getting married to Luo Binghe. It's alternate universe in several ways (including Luo Binghe being raised by his birth parents for at least a little while) and opens up some interesting new paths and relationships for characters. A great fit for people interested in a new angle for SVSSS that does some worldbuilding, and of course those who love dense protagonists who cannot fathom that their literal husband might be interested in them.

    "Shidi finally woke up; how do you feel? Any discomfort, any memory issues?" Yue Qingyuan's voice was warm, yet carried a sense of urgency with it that had a year ago been absent.

    He shook his head and blindly moved to grab his fan, but stalled when his hand met, instead of the cool press of paper and wood, warm skin and silky hair.

    He shot up, twisting around to properly face this person. He barely noticed Yue Qingyuan reaching out to support his still weak body, helping him sit up enough to lean on his propped up elbow. Though that person looked to have been asleep, he was quickly waking up.

    When he met that person's eyes, he recognized him straight away. Shen Jiu, the Orginal Goods, the first person that this body ever belonged to. And though he had previously viciously imagined what he would do to that scum if he ever came face to face with him, all those plans were thrown out the window.

    In which a year after his first, Shen Qingqiu falls prey to a second major Qi Deviation. There are now two Shen Qingqiu's walking around - Yue Qingyuan is pleased with this new development, Shen Jiu immediately gets very attached, and Shen Yuan does not mind all this as much as he probably should.
