Summary
When deviancy cases rise Cyberlife is willing to do whatever it takes to stop it. And in this case whatever it takes is a tall android that takes on the appearance of an old man. The newest prototype the RK800 is sent to the DPD after a successful first mission. However, will he be able to keep up with his anxious workaholic partner?
Essentially this is just a retelling of Detroit Become Human but with Connor as the DPD Lieutenant and Hank as the android sent by Cyberlife. The characters are VERY OOC because of the new places they take.
I wrote this for fun and figured it would be fun to post it. Title is a reference to Language of the Lost
The events follow the games VERY closely and some dialogue is similar if not the same to the games. I only take creative ownership of the unique stuff I added

Summary
Hank, a HK800 android is a detective negotiator android created to assist in the capturing of the growing number of deviants. It gets paired with Connor Stern, a decorated police lieutenant who has more angst in his body than a group of MCR fans.
OR
A Detroit Become Human Reverse Au where Hank is an android and Connor is a police lieutenant. No other characters change, just these two. How will they solve the case when Connor's now an alcoholic and Hank's an android not meant to be agent 007 and John Wick combined?

Summary
'Smoke filled his chest and burned every spot it touched. It always did. From the moment he inhaled, be it a short hesitant puff from when he experienced the horrid taste from high school school or the long drag that he would commonly take whenever he stood outside the station in the morning, it always burned. Day turned to night, rain fell from the sky, cigarettes burned. It was a fact and he could never get used to how it felt.
Perhaps that was the problem. He didn’t want to get used to it. He enjoyed the hot pain that would briefly engulf him. For moment inside him. There was peace. A painful peace where everything was okay whilst on fire at the same time.'
Connor stands on the edge of a roof in the freezing cold as he considers ending it all - his family come to the rescue.

Summary
Burrowing into a soft pillow, his skin screams in protest at the drag of his clothes shifting against his skin. He goes still, willing his body to obey the voice. Sleep; he needs sleep now more than he needs air. Still, something niggles at the back of his mind.
“Hank?” His voice sounds disturbingly weak and his heart begins to pound in time with his throbbing head.
“I’m right here,” his partner answers, pressing a gentle hand to Connor’s forehead. “One-hundred and three point five.” The hand pulls back and Connor can see it glow through his closed eyelids. Cracking open one watery eye, he sees Hank’s synthetic skin close over luminescent fingers.
If Hank is with him, he must be safe. It’s a simple truth that Connor doesn’t dispute.
