Of course, life had a way of messing with his plans, and it happened once again. On a delivery run through the ruins of Edge Knot City, he meets a ghost among the wreckage. Higgs however, appears to have no memories of what he had done, like the past years had been wiped from his mind. Or maybe, he's lying, because he's funny that way.
