"So what's your story?" Chanyeol asked after a bit. "If you don't mind me asking. It's just, I know the streets can be tough for us hybrids."
Jongdae's piercing gaze made Chanyeol feel self-conscious. The streets hadn't been kind to either of them and Chanyeol knew he looked scruffy and unkempt, but the beagle could still tell that he’d had it a lot easier than Jongdae.
“I got caught by the Hybrid patrols my first week in the city and shipped off to one of the worst—SM Rescues. Heard of it?”
Chanyeol shuddered and nodded. Every hybrid in the city feared SM. “Is it as bad as they say?”
Jongdae didn’t answer, just let out a grumbling mix of a hiss and a yowl, which Chanyeol was pretty sure was a cat swear.
In a city that treats hybrids like yesterday’s leftovers, Chanyeol, a beagle hybrid, busks on the streets to get by. His music and optimism are all he has in life. That is, until he meets Jongdae, a street-smart and world-weary Abyssinian cat hybrid with a tough past. The unlikely duo join forces to take on the evil SM Rescues and Hybrid Control to fight for their freedom and a better future for all hybrids.

Caminhavam, em meio a risadas e socos de brincadeira, até o subúrbio onde o mais alto morava e lá ficavam durante toda a madrugada, jogando fliperama em uma loja de conveniência vinte e quatro horas. Foi graças a esses encontros às escondidas, no meio das inúmeras partidas de fliperama, que Jongin e Baekhyun viveram juntos seus últimos dias de ensino médio, verbalizando aquela carga de sentimentos um para o outro, através de um beijo de despedida.

He normally didn’t wake up first, and especially not before Baekhyun did, it was rare for any of them to be up this early unless something had woken them.
“I’m always up at this time, but you aren’t,” He responded. “what’s the matter?” He asked, getting to the point quickly. Suho hummed, looking at his mug for a moment before he eventually nodded to himself.
“I’ve been feeling restless these past few days, like my powers have been drawn to something.” He tilted his head to the side and glanced around for a moment before his eyes landed back on Baekhyun. “The tree, its pull has been stronger lately.”

Kyungsoo makes another mental note to never let Jongdae know he is only here for the free rent and privacy. “Yes,” Kyungsoo affirms. “It is my…responsibility.” That sounds like a normal thing to say.
