Summary
Another Elisabet lives AU through the events of Horizon Forbidden West and I add my humble cake to the buffet table. Excerpt:
It was stupid, childish, to fear one woman's reaction to her existence. After all, Aloy had faced down men three times her size, deadly hunter-killers, and extinction-crazed AI's--what was meeting the woman she was based on compared to all that? But still, the fear of rejection was there. Setting aside her childish desires to avoid her own pain, Aloy was forced to recognize that she needed Elisabet. It was hard to admit, but Aloy was failing in her mission to restore GAIA. Elisabet might be the only person in the world that would know where to begin.
In the end, it was this knowledge that leads Aloy to her decision. The world was more important than what Elisabet felt about a clone of herself.

Part 5 Book 1: Aloy's team begins to assemble and gets to know each other as Aloy gets closer to getting what's necessary for GAIA to capture HEPHAESTUS... and does many errands along the way.
Kotallo joins Aloy's team and has fun adventures on the way to her Base. And then wonders what it means for him to be in her Base. There may have been a few cultural misunderstandings he is starting to clear up....
Zo settles in, and has some good conversations and good connection with Varl, GAIA, Kotallo, and Aloy although she and Erend are clashing over meals.
Erend finds ways to stay active and useful —and to have some fun!— while struggling with using the Focus and the paperwork involved in both his roles.
And, Beta figures out her place on her genetic sister's team, even though it's like nothing she hoped for.

In this fic I am ignoring the existence of Nemesis lol and instead we're gonna pretend Tilda's lie is the truth and the biggest threat (besides the failing teraforming system) are the Far Zeniths being greedy bastards wanting to reset the system to their preferences while wiping everyone out. Good times. Granted the plot doesn't mean much cause its 90% smut! Mwahahaha! Aloy is kidnapped by Tilda and at her mercy. She's regretted leaving Lis behind all these years. She's ready to make up for lost time.
