A thousand years in the future, Shermy and Beth stumble upon a fellow rebel. She brings them to the Ice Kingdom to meet the Ice Prince, and he tells them the story of his late father and mother.
What if Ice King saved Betty from Patience St. Pim? And what if Finn stopped her from casting her spell? Could Betty still love the new Simon?
In other words this is a rewrite of the Elements arc.

In BMO's house of many memories, Marceline finds Simon's glasses lying on a shelf. They remind her of a time that seems too long past to be real, but too personal to be far from her heart. Shermy, Beth and the others listen to her recount the first time she'd noticed Simon was growing old, and that there was nothing she could do to stop it.
Takes place 1000 years after the events of the finale, but flashes back to only 20 years after.
