For Falloutober (which I found on Tumblr) this year I wrote short clips of my stories, these stories are not in cannon order and include my own OCs + my own takes of cannon characters! Summary
Three men trying to learn from the tribes turn into a Triumvirate that forces a violent unity across the Mojave and brings a wave of destruction with it. One of these men, Edward Sallow, declares himself Caesar and his companion Joshua Graham is named as his deadly Malpais Legate. A man of faith, Joshua tells himself he is following God's will but Caesar's Vegas won't be built in a day and even for his own followers the price to pay for Caesar's victory may prove too high.

Bill looks up over his reports. He smiles gently. Bill always looks gentle, like some oracle, even if he isn’t that old, and neither is Arcade. Not for latent attraction to be a problem.
“I do,” he says, bemused, before he adds; “I have seen stranger things.” -

However, access to a key witness is easier said than done.

These events had empowered Sallow's growing empire, all of which were none too positive. The last thing he needed was good publicity to strain his coffers more. Truth be told, she suspected him of having a hand in the disaster, if only to score Boston's most gifted doctor at his side and take care of Winter as well in a double death knell.
