At his own funeral, Joseph Joestar learns two things:

2. Caesar isn’t as dead as he thought.Joseph isn’t sure which revelation is harder to process, but there’s no time to dwell. Now stuck caring for a comatose Caesar, Joseph finds himself navigating guilt and grief alongside a whole mess of unresolved feelings--and all of that bullshit is before Caesar wakes up.
Can two emotionally stunted, traumatized idiots figure out how to heal without killing each other in the process? Probably not. But it’ll be one hell of a journey either way.
Chapters are going to start getting beta'd! So, expect minor changes to the existing chapters, and more consistent, less-repetitive future chapters.

The first time Joseph directly risked his life, he was thirteen years old. Sure, it hadn’t been his first kidnapping, but Speedwagon had been put in danger too. It was Joseph’s idea to crash the plane and jump out while using some seats as cushions. Only sheer luck prevented him from falling to his death.
That was five years ago. Now, he laid on the surface of a volcanic rock as it began its descent from the upper stratosphere. He was thankful that fate allowed him to do something in his life that he could be proud of before it reasserted itself.
