Dandy wanted to get more fame than he could have ever imagined. No matter how many people were watching his show he needed more. Gardenview was already making tons of money and most of the population watches the show (au). He sees how sprout and Cosmo got together and made all the toons in gardenview get their full attention. He thought of an idea but who does he choose, There's so many to pick from.
Toon handlers dont exist in this au. They live in a mansion with an elevator, butlers, maids and cooks. Twisted don't exist in this au and they never went bankrupt.
