In a damp jail cell with nowhere for either of them to run, Moxxie asks Blitzø where he got his scars. He's heard enough thugs and loan sharks exchanging enough stories about the badass ways they've gotten their scars that he figures this is just the way people in jail talk. And now that he's one of those people in jail, he figures he might as well join in.
Blitzø, however, doesn't seem to take as kindly to the conversation about scars. He also immediately clocks what everyone else chooses to ignore—that the small markings under Moxxie's eyes look more like scars than cute, unassuming freckles.
Moxxie's beginning to realize just how badly they've both been burned.

Summary
Months after Octavia left her father, things have only become more of a personal hell to her. She's now 18, and even with the time that's passed by, she's only continued to be neglected and ignored what she feels ashamed to call her" Family", her home is now any icy hellscape that's left her without any hope, and no one has given her any support ever since she last saw Stolas, but she still feels betrayed by what he's done, and how her life has been her own personal hell ever since she was a child despite his attempts to "help".
After finally having enough of the neglect, Octavia steals the Grimoire, and heads to Earth again and start her own life there to recover. But not too long after she goes there, she meets a human around the same age as her who's been going through similar issues, and Octavia soon grows to have feelings for him overtime.
But with her being missing, I.M.P and Stolas are forced to go to Earth again to find her after realizing she's gone after attempting to talk to her again, and as the threat of the Dhork agents rises across more city's, Octavia now must push through her own personal struggles and trauma, and possibly fix her rough relationship with Stolas, and maybe her own family.
