Flaky, age 18, is forced out of their home by their parents and left with no choice but to, with the help of their childhood friend Cuddles of course, run back to their childhood town of Happy Tree with their tail tucked between their legs and work a soul sucking store job.
Food stamps, a bed, internet, a job and a rent free pad! Things are going pretty damn well for them! Well other than an itsy bitsy teensy weensie witty bitty problem.
Not long after settling down an enraged god puts their town under a curse subjecting them and everyone there to a constant loop of comedically timed torture, death and rebirth. But hey, as Cuddles would say, it is how it is, they’ll come back tomorrow anyway!

Summary
As the only priest in Happy Tree Town, Flippy is tasked in dealing with a lot of nonsense. Most of it is harmless- pranks and the like. So being called in to help settle an issue with Cuddles and his friends seems like it won't be any different. But it is, in a way that is both painfully familiar and terrifyingly new to Flippy.
Haunted by a past he can't escape and a present that threatens to be a rope around his throat, Flippy tries to put his life back in balance before his mind, or worse, is destroyed.

A slow burn between flippy and nutty. Flippy and nutty meet in a jail cell and are hasty towards each other. They leave the next morning and think they'll never see each other again. But they end up walking into each other over and over again.
Flippy is a 37 year old retired veteran. He fell into a deep depressive hole he cannot manage to climb out of without a 'little' bit of alcohol! He often finds himself in bars, sometimes he's involved in bar fights. He tends to be overly nice, which sometimes freaks some people out. All he wants to do is make a good impression!!
Nutty, he's a real nut head. He's crazy and hyper, no one can contain his energy. Shit not even himself!! He's got a history of drug abuse and tends to eat sugary sweets to get a semi similar feeling to that of drugs. He does this so he doesn't have to crawl back to it, but he always does.

most of these fics are self-indulgent, but I'm open to suggestions as well as criticism since english is not my first language.
