It began on what Hades would like to think was his daughter’s birthday. Cerberus was nowhere to be found. He has been mercifully left alone for the time being. He wrote it off as the imagination of an old man, entrenched in his own regrets.
When he sees her the first time, he is not quite sure what he’s looking at. She looked so much like her mother he could only assume it was another trick from Chronos.

So I like the idea of the gods being a little bit ‘other’ and as I'm writing this monster of a fic I'm working on I realized I wanted to have some fun really playing with that concept because it gets watered down in my main fic.
