The Viltrumites didn't just quietly came to Earth, they arrived and slaughtered the heroes of the Earth with only handful resistance hiding like rats under the tunnels of the ruined cities. Thragg is in search for Mark and the rest of the remaining heroes and the closest thing he can use as leverage was his best friend, William.
