Shane Cole is holed up in the abandoned JojaMart with a group of allies, including his girlfriend Emily James. Mourning the loss of his husband Anthony, Shane is merely surviving, no longer living.
Across town, on the abandoned farm once owned by Simone's grandfather, Alex Jacobson keeps several women hostage. Driven insane by the events of the previous year, Alex has become a predatory monster, surrounded by weaponry and explosives.
Through all the grief, and ongoing violence, will the remaining citizens of Pelican Town be able to find peace and stability again?
