Imagine if for the 75th Hunger Games, the tributes were not reaped from existing victors but instead the number of tributes would correlate to the District number e.g. District 2 would have 2 tributes. (hopefully that makes sense). Anyway I always wanted to see what Peeta and Katniss would be like as mentors and what the hunger games is like for tributes outside of 12.
This fic mostly features OC's but will have original hunger games characters as well. -
