Summary
The Lone Traveler was created by another author over a decade ago. I asked permission to write stories with the character but the author never responded. He also disappeared from the fanfiction universe. So after two years, I went ahead.
Originally a tortured soul, he healed himself by helping others and, eventually, was promoted for his good works.
The occasional story may be added, but I have taken it to the farthest conclusion I can go: The Lone Traveler meeting the figure which, in the author's opinion, inspired the concept of a super-powered Harry Potter.
It doesn't end with dramatic action. It ends quietly with a concept of hope. After all, hope was the driving force behind the character the entire time.

Summary
If one must be reborn somewhere, a scientifically and socially advanced spacefaring society was probably like winning the jackpot. Next to that, being of a species other than a human was not even a concern. Minbari were extremely alike to humans after all.
(In fact, it all was almost too good to be true...)

Summary
Originally posted on Livejournal in October of 2006, and titled "Day of the Dead Alternate Scene #1," because I'm super clever about titles. Exactly what it sounds like, hence somewhat AU.
During the Day of the Dead celebration in S5, Delenn tries to have a little talk with Lennier... and ends up chatting with someone else entirely.
Followed up with Day of the Dead Alternate Scene #2, also known as Love, Death, and the Winter.

Summary
Written and posted on Livejournal in September of 2006, for oszras, who requested more of Delenn and Dukhat's backstory.
The family of your blood and clan is the first teacher, the second your teachers here at temple, who guide you through childhood and youth, and try to mold the foundations of your study. Third is your mentor, who will guide your way into true adulthood and understanding. It is this teacher who will determine most strongly the course of your future. No relationship but the choice of a mate is more vital to who and what you will become. Meditate, now, and pray that you find one who will guide you well in your path.
Has a follow-up in my later fic Redemption is a Journey.

Summary
In which the author makes a first attempt at examining in depth the factual basis for the (taken for granted) "genocide" attempted or perpetrated by the Minbari against Earth, examining testimony and behavior from all sides
Also, a first probe into what can be gleaned from cannon about Warrior Caste culture, inter-caste-rivalries and stereotyping, Minbari temperament, and more.
With full canon citations.

Shameless bookmark of my own meta. If this wasn't a discussion worth having, in my mind, I'd not have bothered to post it.

Summary
Second only to scripture, novels are the books that "change readers' lives". Fiction matters.
To not use "genocide" to describe genocide is inhumane and unconscionable.
Leading genocide scholars also advise:
"When genocide is used in a loose and irresponsible manner ... it diminishes the significance of and minimizes those actions that are truly genocidal in nature" -Dr. Totten, Genocide Studies and Prevention
"rhetorical issues are of some importance because calling every abuse or crime a genocide makes it steadily more difficult to rouse people to action when a genuine genocide is taking place." - Dr. Ignatieff, Lemkin memorial lecture.
This work examines the Earth-Minbari war of B5 canon, (as per JMS), in the context of international law & definitions by renowned genocide scholars.
If the B5 E-M war fits any such definition, we have a responsibility to call it so.
If -only if- it does not, then we should think about our use of the term, and if it's worth risking the trivialization that genocide scholars warn of.
In memoriam: Anne R.
