    The Multiverse has a Guardian and a Destroyer. It also has its Creators.

    The Guardian guards, the Destroyer destroys, and the Creators create.

    It is depressing to believe that you are powerless. Yet, this is exactly what the inhabitants of the Multiverse are. They believe that the Guardian protects them and that the Destroyer kills them. They see the Creators as far off gods; Or, they do not see them at all.

    They are wrong. They are all wrong.

    They are marionette-stringed pawns in the eyes of the Creators. They are actors for an endless show.

    And nothing matters, when you are but a simple actor.

    Unless, of course:

    You can make a good story.

    Or: One-third of the multiverse is destroyed. Nobody is having a good time. Ink has seemingly lost his mind, Error is forced to make some concessions, Dream just wants his best friend back, Blue is questioning his morality, and Nightmare and his crew must adapt.

    Seven was confused.

    Seven was really confused.

    As the Destroyer of Creation, he had a very important job to do every day; keep the balance of the Multiverse, and make sure there were never too many AUs being made. He used to love the job, as it fulfilled his sadistic pleasures - but even now, despite those same looks of fear, he saw it more as a chore than a way to vent out his frustration and violent urges. After a couple centuries of doing the same thing, anyone could get tired of it. He never allowed himself to feel bad, though. Emotions were bad for the job.

    But, because he was the Destroyer of Creation, Seven always looked out for AUs to destroy. Sometimes he came across empty AUs, but he never paid any attention to them because there were never any residents.

    This time, there was.

    OR

    When the Destroyer of Creation - Seven - discovers across a lost child in a blank AU, he’s forced to take him in and raise him as his own. Sometimes, he feels as if this is how things were always meant to go.

    Only problem is.. he lacks any code.

    P.S; This is not a traditional crossover fic, this is a fic where 007n7 is in the role of Error Sans, and Chance is in the role of Ink Sans.

    After enduring centuries of constant wars and chaos across the multiverse, the gods stepped in to address the exhaustion felt by everyone. Tired of the ongoing pain and battles, a treaty was proposed by the guardian of positivity to prevent the multiverse from falling apart.

    The deal outlined a halt to creation and destruction, urging a balanced use of positivity and negativity without exploiting their power. Gods and immortals were forbidden from entering universes unaware of their existence to prevent unintended harm.

    Unaware that the creators were listening, the guardians and gods had to accept these rules permanently. Now, tasked by the creators, the guardians must guide and reform the protector and destroyer of the universes to protect their existence from a permanent looming threat.

    “NiGHTmAR3.” Error’s voice always has had a raspy, dry tone to it, and the tar-covered skeleton in question merely smiles at the glare Error gives him.

    “Hello, Error. You seem pleased to see me.” Nightmare gestures vaguely to the charged blasters. Error narrows his eyes a little more, and Nightmare sees his stare go a little more focused. Focused on him. Nightmare knows Error fully intends to make a point of being able to slaughter Nightmare, but Nightmare always finds it amusing that Error gives him more attention than most fights.

    “I c0UlD kILL YOU. R1GHT HEr3. AND NO 0N3 WOULd CAr3.” Blunt. Unforgiving. Error never pulls his punches with his threats.

    My headcannon of how I like to imagine Error and Nightmare's relationship from the beginning (or almost the beginning).
    Nightmare wants to make an alliance with Error, as, having the Destroyer assist him would certainly make history with how much power they would have. To Nightmare, it seems mutually beneficial, although Error has different outlooks on the situation. Nightmare continues to pester Error, using every tactic he knows to coerce Error into joining him- And gaining a fondness for Error somewhere along the way.

    Nightmare has always had an interest in Error.
    From the moment he saw the Destroyer in action, he wanted that kind of power on his side. He imagined the terror he could bring if forced the Destroyer himself into submission and to assist him.

    Error does not give two fucks about Nightmare's dreams, he isn't fucking going to help that prick until God himself walks down and threatens him with eternal hell, and even then, he'd still prefer hell for the rest of his existence than to spend a single minute with Nightmare.

    Unfortunately for Error, Nightmare is set on getting the Destroyer to work with him one way or another. If that means helping Error for nothing in return, so be it.

    Error just wishes that it wasn't all such a common thing to wake up in the beds of his two worst enemies, because they all have shitty fucking blankets and he's getting sick of it.
