Summary
After crashlanding in Haven city, Jak manages to avoid the Krimzon Guard, but that still leaves him and Daxter in alone in a new city that's completely different to the world that they're used to. To make matters more complicated, Jak and Daxter run into Mar before the Underground can find him and end up taking care of him instead. So, the boys have to juggle surviving in Haven and caring for the Kid, forming their own family along the way.

After two long years of the Dark Warrior Program, spent wasting precious ressources and dark eco on subjects that rarely survive it, the project is finally scrapped. Though the Commander has hope that its last survivor, Jak, can be a success, he doesn't have time to find it out. Jak has to take this project's existence to the grave.

What the Precursors want, though, they get. In this case, it's for this planet, as unfinished and half abandoned by their kind as it is, to survive.

Breaking into the Krimzon Guard's Fortress wasn't so hard as a two-foot-something furry who could squeeze into tight places and pass for a very confused stray animal if he ever got caught. Gaining access to the lowest levels of this hellhole and tracking down his best friend had been a lot harder, but with time and luck and a some stealthing for information and a whole hell of a lot more forward preparation, even that had gone smoothly enough.It was the part where he and Jak both got out of this daring escape in one piece that was turning out to be the really hard part.
