Summary
Leo Villaromán worked at the Galaxy Garrison as a teacher, though he rarely left the ground anymore. Of course, he had heard about the disastrous Kerberos mission, though he didn't get to hear what exactly happened. He had sort of known the members. However, he didn't question the Garrison higher-ups. That was, until, Takashi Shirogane fell from the sky. He knew he shouldn't have poked his nose into the business, but he had found three cadets on the roof that would've snuck away if he had just taken them back to their rooms. If anything, he was just being a good teacher! Now, he's fighting a multi-galactic empire with the help of four teens and a very tired Shiro, along with an alien princess and her advisor.
What will happen to Leo and his companions? Will they make it out of this war alive? Will things turn out the way everyone wants? Who knows?!This is going to diverge from the cannon of the show. Leo will be at the helm, but there will be scenes without him there to expand character interactions.

Instead of leaving Lotor in the rift, the Paladins take him and keep him in stasis on one of the Lions until they reach Earth and defeat Sendak's fleet. Afterwards, they bring Lotor in for a trial. Their only proof is Romelle’s confused testimony. The Colony is gone- the second colony is gone. The Alteans that are left don’t know anything concrete about the second colony or what happened there. Regardless, Lotor is convicted and sentenced to a lifetime of imprisonment.
That is, until Sendak shows up with the rag-tag remains of the Fire of Purification to break him out and take back the Empire.

“Are you sure?” He didn't even see it move; it was like it teleported. Shiro snapped his head up to stare into the eyes of the demon as it towered over him. It was then he realised it wore thick armour and the strange flickering came from its arm; pure demonic energy. Shiro would not yield his grasp on the sword. In fact, he gripped it tighter. The demon glanced down at it, then back to him, before cracking a sadistic grin and vanishing.-
As the Demon Lord's trusted witch burns on the pyre, she places a curse upon Shiro. In his bid to break it as it crawls up his arm, he travels alone to the source to slay the Demon Lord: Zarkon on Queen Allura's advice. He cannot risk the other members of the Order of the White Lion, he leaves his lover Keith to embark on this suicidal mission.
