He was no longer Hiccup the useless and he intended to be strong. However, how long can he keep them a secret before they notice? Will he ever recover from his emotional wounds?
At the same time, the rest of the riders are in pain. The things they had seen at the dragon fighting arena were unspeakable. Will they be able to help their leader struggle through his past while suffering from their own memories?

The man can see her too but Jack is convinced it’s his minds way of dealing with the loneliness, the winds being his only friend. That changes when they have their first true conversation and she warns him. “It sounded like you’re somehow destined to find us.
Strange interactions with other mysterious travelers doesn’t make their ties clearer. Even Hiccup meets a stranger who knows too much and calls him “The Heart” as clearly as any of his other titles.
