    Rook is an Orlesian bard of questionable morals, working for the Inquisition after his dear friend Leliana hired him. He moves between countries, masks, and names with ease.
    Then a target places him in the path of Master Assassin Lucanis Dellamorte. Their meeting is a complication. None of Rook’s tricks land right. He may have to assume an entirely unpracticed role—and try being himself for the first time in his life. *Disgusted noise.*

    Of course, Solas is out to destroy Thedas too, but that’s barely important.

    Rubbing her hand and seeing that there was nothing wrong with it and let a breath of relief escape as she shoved her hair out of her eyes. Her head swiveled quickly at the sound of someone clearing their throat.

    He was paralyzed in her gaze. She had one brown eye and one blue – that…that is not possible.

    Moving away from him quickly she fell off the bed hitting the rough stoned floor hard.
    Ouch, Fuck – that hurt. Th…th…that is a fucking elf…Wait…I know that face…what the fuck is going on?

They were everything they shouldn't have been - those who caused terror, pain, despair. The woman the world would eventually know as Inquisitor Lavellan was, in fact, a Forgotten One. Somehow Isathe was not imprisoned by the Dread Wolf in the abyss with the rest of them. Whatever the reason, the former spirit of Curiosity coaxed into physical form was stuck in the aftermath of that event. She felt the moment the Veil was created and pulled her even farther from her home. Then she slept. Slept for thousands of years until she woke in a world where elves were no longer what they had been. She had to find a way to stay alive and adjust to the world that formed from the Betrayal so long ago.

    Isathe was an ancient elf, a member of the Forgotten Ones and awakened years before the Breach before being pulled into the Inquisition. Hiding herself from the prying eyes of those who would condemn her for her past, the wolf that haunts her dreams and the unsettling gaze of the apostate elf who appeared to know more than he let on.
