There were posters that looked like a foggy dream. She could almost remember those days, and how it felt the bright light from the magical sparks beaming upon her. How her body shone under the silver lights. It was an amazing performance for anyone and she knew that.
Those memories faded quickly as she looked into the darkness, taking a final hit from the blunt. She pushed her glasses back into the bridge of her nose and dropped the roach of a blunt onto the ground, her cowboy boots pressing against it until it died completely.
Those days were no more.
This was her life. Once was a great singer and once was a young and dumb girl.
Now, she was just a dumb girl, no longer young, and no longer great. -

The smell of weed hangs heavily in the air. If Mello hadn’t already administered more than a few drops of tincture under the tongue, he’d surely be getting high off the second hand smoke alone.
Matt’s usual cigarette has been replaced with a blunt. It hangs loosely in his neutral expression. He shifts it slightly between his fingers. His eyes are red and glazed, but he looks happy. His shoulders aren’t so tensely slumped. His movement isn’t so rigid. Knowing how much strain he puts on his body with all the shit he gets into, Mello would consider that a good thing.
“You’re not gonna get bored?” Matt shifts his goggles, which sit on top of his head lazily. “You look bored,” He says plainly. Mello rolls his eyes. Matt’s gaze is fixated on the unattended drum set on the stage for some reason.
“Maybe,” Mello shrugs. “Don’t know until I try,” He murmurs. The noise is picking up annoyingly behind them. Mello’s not sure if Matt’s listening to him, but he doesn’t bother to repeat himself. “Are you bored?” He asks, louder.

His hair sticks to his forehead and red dye follows the line of sweat down his neck, where his necklace glints brightly in the strobe lights. Looking at him, Donghyuck feels like he can breathe again. Another vape cloud is blown in his face, and when it clears the boy is gone. The floor is thrumming and there’s a gold line leading into the basement, urging Donghyuck to follow it.
