Summary
As serene night fell in Hateno Village, a baby girl was born to the highest ranking family in the village. An exhausted mother cradling her crying newborn to her chest to allow them to feed, and an enraged father expressing his disgust towards the birth of a girl instead of the boy he wanted to pass down his family’s legacy. The man would approach his wife and express his desire to hide the child's biological sex in lieu of keeping their reputation as the strongest family of warriors in their village.
Without much of a choice, the baby’s mother hesitantly agreed, bestowing the name Link to her child.

Summary
Wracked by the great calamity, Hyrule finds itself falling further away from the prosperity it had only a century ago. With the death of its Hylian princess, and no sign of the hero of legend, the world is forced to move forward and try to heal against the mounting threat of calamity Ganon. But against all expectations, hope burns bright, a girl is born bearing the mark of the Goddesses, a boy wakes from his long slumber, and two close friends find themselves caught within a story meant for neither of them.
They are Hyrule's final hope against impossible odds, as foes new and old make their appearance to try and stop the hero. But courage is never forgotten.

Eras Relinked is a "good ending" of sorts, massively self indulgent and maybe a little too overzealous. The champions lived, I'm pumping more personality and angst into characters, and there's even ocs and reincarnations of familiar Zelda characters from the past! It's definitely a big clusterfuck, but it's my clusterfuck.

Zelda was confused, she hadn't heard that voice before. Maybe a new assistant?
Her eyes scanned the room but she found nothing but her knight, Link, standing sentry as always. With a rather odd expression on his face.
Who just called that out?
WAIT.
Or: Fluffy oneshot at Link randomly contributing to a scientific debate and Zelda realizing her knight has a personality behind the guise after all.
