Peter tried to focus on Tony, but his vision was blurred, the man's form flickering between something real and something false. The warmth of Tony's hand on his shoulder—it felt real—but Mysterio's voice dug into his mind like a thorn.
"Peter, listen to me," Tony's voice cut through, but even that sounded distant now, distorted.
"I'm here, Kid. I'm real. You have to trust me."
"No, you're not," Peter whispered, the panic rising in his chest. His breaths were coming faster, more ragged. "This... this is Mysterio. I'm not falling for it again."
OR
Peter Parker is kidnapped by Mysterio after the snap, and it is up to Tony Stark and the Avengers to save him.

After Quentin Beck dies, Peter’s identity is revealed to the world and he finds himself thrown in jail, awaiting trial for a murder he did not commit. Despite his pleas that Spider-Man doesn’t kill, no one but his close family and friends believe him.
His powers stripped by a power dampener that renders him as weak as he was before the bite, Peter now has to survive in jail, where nearly everyone seems to dislike him. Only the friendship of a boy named Harley and his weekly visits with Tony, May and Pepper keep him going.
Will his all-star attorney be able to get a jury to find him not guilty, or will Peter be spending the rest of his life in prison?

Quentin Beck wakes up from dying at the hands of Peter Parker and his own negligence deaged to his teen years and jettisoned to the year 2014 shortly after Peter helps Stark with his civil war problem, everyone in this new universe having been born a year prior.
Not only does he have to deal with this but his body too has changed beyond his age. He now has powers of his own, something akin to magic, allowing him to pull a EDITH in reality by making real illusions and allow him all the made up powers of his Mysterio persona. EDITH also seems to be along for the ride as a familiar of sorts.
Naturally there is only one thing to do.
Make Peter his and break him slowly.
