Summary
To test the RK800's infiltration capabilities, it is inserted into a domestic scenario; assigned to Todd Williams after his AX400 is destroyed. It is meant to observe, record, and report potential red ice trade connections. But what was supposed to be a test mission goes off-script.
Connor witnesses Todd hurting his daughter, causing him to break out of his objectives and flee into the night with Alice.
Meanwhile in the city, another RK800 model is sent to work with the DPD to investigate the deviancy spreading.

Summary
Connor does wonder if Hank knows the night he killed him was also the first night he really felt alive, even if he did everything he could to hide it, to answer Hank’s questions the way he knew he should. He wonders if Hank knows that it wasn’t just the dying that hurt, but that Hank only did it because he was so sure Connor was just a machine. For all their differences, Connor knows Hank wouldn’t kill someone.
He just didn’t think Connor was someone.

In November 2038, after they went to Eden Club, Hank shot Connor in Riverside Park. Connor has never forgiven him for it.
But against the backdrop of their own regrets and an android murder case that's larger and more complicated than it first seems, Hank and Connor find each other again when Connor is assigned to the DPD by a government workplace placement program for androids.

Summary
It's 13 months after the peaceful protest. Androids haven't fully gotten their freedoms yet, bills are still working their way through congress.
Connor gets hit with two losses close together, and he spirals into depression. What happens when a deviant mind meets a machine mind? This story is about grief and taking each day one step at a time. Sometimes while we are at our lowest is when others take advantage. Connor learns that some humans still think androids are just machines. While grieving, his hope is dashed. Part of his soul is killed, dashed like glass on the ground.
RK900 called 'Nines', Gavin, and Markus start working together to help Connor to heal.
What they find chills them to their core, but they need to be there for their friend, even if they want to take revenge for him.
While searching the Cyberlife Tower, Markus finds the RK800-60 in the lowest basement with a bullet in his processor and works to bring Sixty back to life. He calls in Nines and Connor to help. On top of finding empty shells of the RK800 from 53-59 and figuring out what to do with them.
