He felt Soobin freeze in his arms, his delicate body stiffening as a soft blush crept up the back of his neck. Yeonjun tried to catch his expression, but Soobin quickly turned away, focusing on the kitchen counter instead, hiding the rush of emotion on his face.
“Where is that coming from?” Soobin mumbled after a long pause, but Yeonjun caught the tremble in his voice -just enough to know it wasn’t entirely casual.
“I don’t know…” Yeonjun said softly, leaning closer to brush a kiss over Soobin’s nape. “I just thought maybe… you might enjoy it.”

The problem with not having crushes on two men you were very attracted to was your body still sometimes reacted like you did have a crush. Monday Yeonjun ran into Soobin again and the taller man ended up helping Yeonjun move some paintings around for a student art show even though Yeonjun was tall enough to do it himself. Soobin had bounded around like an obedient puppy, following all Yeonjun’s commands and not even batting an eyelash when he slipped on the step ladder so Yeonjun jumped forward to catch him, arm around the waist. He’d simply turned and given Yeonjun a knowing smile, squeezed his shoulder, and muttered a soft, “Thank you.” Meanwhile Yeonjun had felt like he was about two seconds of prolonged eye contact away from his knees giving out.
Later that same day Beomgyu stopped by for Yeonjun’s office hours and Beomgyu took it upon himself to play with Yeonjun’s hair. Yeonjun’s hair wasn’t long by any means and definitely far from being Beomgyu’s length yet somehow Beomgyu still managed to get Yeonjun’s hair into two tiny pigtails that stuck straight up from the top of his head. The entire interaction had had butterflies dancing around Yeonjun’s tummy.
