The alien grumbled under his breath and met the human halfway, he used his PAK legs to get a better angle and met his gaze with yours. He couldn’t stop staring, there was something in your eyes that made him transfixed.
“See?! Didn’t I tell you?!” Dib excitedly walked back to the ledge, all he needed was one good picture. “How do you think we should lure her?”
The green guy continued to watch you, this was the first time seeing him and the prolonged eye contact was making you blush. He was so different than the humans you typically saw and the urge to swim closer to examine him was getting stronger.

Unlike most IZ fanfics you the reader are DUMB. You don't realize Zim is an alien but you are an outcast to the others. Dib is going insane and Gaz just lost her only chance to go to a gaming tournament because of Dib so she's PISSED. You basically just go on adventures with the main cast doing dumb stuff and whenever I feel like typing it.

Summary
Dib and Zim have been friends for years now, their relationship is complex and a mess but they make it work.
Until Dib discovers that after years of living on Earth, Zim still appears to be planning to destroy it.
Now Dib has to try and figure out what Zim’s plans really are and what the smallest Irken did in the past to gain the reputation of “Tallest slayer”.
Or... Zim has to go to trial for murdering two of the past Almighty Tallest, Dib thinks he’s trying to destroy the Earth, and the Resistance is rising up to take on the Irken empire.
And I haven’t even mentioned the big skool dance!

Zim never received Earth to conquer for the Irken Empire as his "secret mission" from his Tallest. Instead he received another nowhere planet to dominate only to fail that mission after letting top secrete Irken files fall into the enemy's hands. For his crimes against the Irken Empire, Zim was to be put on trial before the Control Brains. Discovering that he is considered defective; thus meaning his immediate termination, Zim fled to Earth in hopes of escaping the Empire's wrathful vengeance. Now trying to assimilate into daily Earthling life, Zim is hoping to live out the rest of his days in solitude.
Dib is your supposedly average high skool student who never managed to loose his outcast title as a freak. By day he is attending skool and doing your average teenage activities. Yet by night he heads out onto the concrete streets with his mentor William who is a member of a monster hunting organization known as The Order. Dib receives his first real mission by The Order to watch over their new alien invader and report back to them. To Dib's surprise finding and observing the Irken solider is far less taxing then he imagined.
