Technoblade wanted to get back to his brothers. Probably more than Dream wanted to. He promised himself that he’d prove Wilbur wrong, and that he’d get back to Tommy before he could do something stupider than volunteering for The Games.
With great temperance, again, he agrees.
Because walking into these Games alone would be suicide. There were nine of them, and only one of him. Technoblade can’t be reckless, there’s too much on the line for him to be walking a land field without a spotter.
He can’t afford what Dream’s willing to lose.
Technoblade has to suck it up, because only one comes out alive.
So, by all means, let The Games begin.

You all have three lives, then after that, you’re dead.” X heard mutters around him, there must have been thousands of people in this one place, maybe even more.
It seemed like everybody who was playing in MCC 20, but also everyone who was watching, had been transported to survival games. He knew how many viewers there were for some people in particular, so it was no shock that he was stranded in a sea of people.
“When you reach your last life, you will become hostile, and kill other players. You can work in teams, you can make friends all you want, but the game will only stop when there is one player remaining. Remember: there can only be one winner, good luck!”

L'Manburg is gone. Since the end of the Minecraft Championships, Emperor Schlatt has tightened his grip on power. Now recovering from their ordeal in a hospital in the Province of Galeetopia - or Pogtopia - the pair are preparing to share their story with the world. With Captain Minx and Prince Ranboo at their side, a small band of revolutionaries in Manburg, and a leader that won't give up despite her imprisonment, can they succeed in overthrowing the dictator that has declared their country as his own? Or will they lose everything trying to get it back?

This year is no different than any other year - although two new competitors going by the names of Tommyinnit and Tubbo will be the youngest competitors that the Championship games have ever seen.
