Three weeks after his talk with Stolas, and learning some truths about the prince and himself, the boss of I.M.P. has decided that he too needs to be better in order to fix his own life. With encouragement from Stolas, Blitzo starts by not only apologizing to his employees but giving them the company as he stands down from his position as boss and quits. However, the others are determined to not let him leave that quickly and everyone gives honest answers that lay out everyone's true feelings. Not if they want to be better.
