Summary
During the war with the Illuminate, Copper 9 was a world near the border of Illuminate territory and was used to study their technology. Built up with a large drone force to help with the construction of the world infrastructure, several of these drones were also used to test out Illuminate weapons and dark fluids.
However, as the war progressed, the Illuminate attacked Copper 9, resulting in massive levels of damage to the planet itself. And the human population was forced to flee, leaving behind the drones on the now toxic and broken planet.
Many years later, after the war, Super Earth's eyes are back on Copper 9, and several Helldivers are sent to Copper 9.
Yet they are not alone... And discover a hidden history of humanity.

Summary
Noah Reeds is your average Super Citizen: loyal, patriotic, and devoted to SUPER EARTH. When he gets the chance to enlist in the legendary HELLDIVERS Corps, he jumps at the opportunity.
Five years later, the Illuminate Cult has returned. Noah and a band of fellow Helldivers journey to the frontlines in order to defend the Federation from the once-exiled squids.
However, when one such mission goes horribly awry, the band of Helldivers are forced to leave Noah and return to orbit. Believing their comrade to be dead, they mourn. Unbeknownst to them, Noah survived, and now lies stranded on a hostile planet with alien enemies. With nowhere to go, he starts a dangerous journey to make it home. Yet, this harrowing adventure he sets himself upon will tell him more of Super Earth, the Illuminate, and himself than he could possibly know. -

After losing its Planetary Status due to their low numbers and lack of useful resources, the Rorkers were tasked to defend the strategic planets of Silf and Moradesh, key industrial planets that supply weapons, ammunition, and other supplies to the Eastern Front of the Galaxy. However, low numbers equal to low opportunities for her citizens to contribute in meaningful ways, but thanks to Super Earth's top scientists, doors were finally opened for all her citizens to uphold Managed Democracy and protect Liberty from Super Earth's enemies.
A fellow Citizen, Quillion, was one of many who will sign up to take the battle to their enemies, but little did he know, he may have dived a little too deep into territories that had already spread its poison up to the higher ranks...

On 8 February 2184, the Severin Sector fell under attack by automaton forces. As Helldivers scrambled to defend the frontiers of Democracy, one world above all others earned a reputation unlike any other. A place shrouded in mists so thick no starlight had ever graced its surface. A place of endless swamps and bogs that would become the grave of 25,030,799 men and women of the Helldiver Corps. In a galaxy of martyrs and tragedies uncounted, there is still only one Malevelon Creek.
Amongst their number were those of the 282nd Helldiver Company. In the waning hours of the 8th, they would arrive in orbit of Malevelon Creek, to begin a campaign that would last 55 days. On 2 April 2184, they would leave, having endured an unprecedented mortality rate of 247% since their initial deployment. Enclosed within are their stories and countless others of those Helldivers, soldiers and civilians alike who fought and died beside them in the name of Super Earth. Lest we forget those that chose willingly to plunge into the fiery pit of hell, and did not return.

Rose stepped forward slowly, making sure to mind her cape as she sat down within the pod. The door closes slowly, Rose having to pull her new cape out of the way as it once again hisses, the cramped enclosure pressurizing lightly as it began to freeze over, crystals of ice forming and spreading out over the off-glass port, long spires climbing along her skin as she let out what would be her final breath.
It was all she wanted for over 20 years, so why did she feel so unaccomplished?

This is just that except instead of your friends, it's my brain cells, and the cluster bomb is anti-Super Earth propaganda. My democracy officer is on his way to my house with a shotgun.
