Summary
Futaba Sakura and Yusuke Kitagawa think their forced trip to Inaba to participate in a school event is going to be normal, especially since they're visiting their friend Ren Amamiya in his home town about a year after he got caught by the police doing Phantom Thieves business. However, that thought quickly gets squashed once one of Ren's childhood friends awakens to a Persona of her own. It also doesn't help that a second group of Persona users surfaces during this time, all of them much older and much more experienced than the three Phantom Thieves present. This launches an impromptu in person Phantom Thieves reunion to figure out why they can summon their Personas once again and where this group of Persona users came from, all while Futaba slowly realizes that maybe the feelings she has for the dorky artist she's know for a year aren't as platonic as she thinks they are.
