Summary
The people of Meteor City were hardly ever buried with anything of value, certainly not monetary value. Sarasa was buried with the tape, which was priceless to the Spiders and the Spiders alone. Robbing their graves was a waste of effort at best, and at worst an insult for which they would pay with their lives. Just because the people of Meteor City didn’t have the privilege of existing in the eyes of the rest of the world, just because they didn’t get birth certificates or social security cards, and if you found their bodies in the streets you would never know who they had been, that didn’t mean there weren’t people who would spill a sea of blood for them.

Summary
With Feitan badly hurt, Phinks deftly kidnaps a healer: you. Your life then becomes forcibly tangled with that of the Phantom Troupe, especially with Feitan's.
The focus is on the relationship between reader and Feitan, but most of the Troupe will be along for the ride. We get to follow them and the troupe from the middle of the Chimera ant arc, until just after the Dark Continent. I will touch on canon events, but most of the story will be 'original' content. Plenty of smut, a fair bit of torture (Fei is the MC after all), and a lot of found family fluff between Troupe members.
'You rest,' he said pointing to the bed, but as you tried to walk past him he held out an arm, trapping you between him and the wall.
Too exhausted to be scared you just looked him in the face, waiting for him to let you pass. His eyes were almond-shaped and a deep but cold gray, but most surprisingly; they were at the same height as your own. His aura was so strong that you hadn't noticed how short he was until now. It was a relief not having to look up at somebody for once.

None of them were a match for you but some humans were stronger than others. Nen or life energy was not something you were capable of using. That was a technique used by living beings. Instead, you had the ability to absorb this life energy from them. It didn't matter how strong an opponent’s Aura was since absorbing their life energy would eventually kill them, but the stronger the Aura, the better for you. You’re the one who said that I should write, that maybe if I write my thoughts out along with expressing myself through other means, I would be less stressed, less bothered by worries when I’m away for long. You said that having things trapped inside our heads is not healthy, that I’d deteriorate. You wanted me to write anything and everything that I couldn’t say out loud.
