Unsuccessful enterprise: Batman’s damned mission, which has consistently failed to save this equally damned city from itself.
Unsuccessful thing: The foolish hope that Tim could have been saved. They went into that warehouse expecting to bring their missing Robin back to them. Instead, they carried him home in a body bag.
