Unfortunately, she needed the help of a few detectives and magic users to catch Hawkmoth and remove the residue he left on the city.
Afterall, she didn't want Paris to end up like Gotham City did many centuries ago.

Summary
Bruce was an anomaly to most. A creature born for love and freedom, and another of violence and bloodlust. It should've been impossible, but here he was. A hybrid of a Siren and a Human and swaying in tune with the wind and sea.
And if he finds a sad, lonely orphan in need of help, he'll do whatever it takes to take care of the child, even if most of the time it is on impulse. They got through it and formed a friendly, comforting relationship. It made Bruce warm and want to help more children like him.
Even if impulse still got in the way. Curse his soothing voice that lured them to him.
