But one of the Old Gods doesn't like the ending and sends one of the boats back in time. Just that the people on this boat aren't the Starks or Dany or anyone useful.
So, the most unlikely heroes have to somehow navigate the mess that is the war of the five kings, that they immediately failed to prevent, and try desperately to get their friends to not die.

Grenn doesn't mind much anymore, not knowing things about the greater goings-on in the world. Eastwatch is peaceful; the air and snow's a bit salty, but there's a good supply of chicken's eggs and meat from the village, and it's warmer than at Castle Black. Getting warmer every day. He sweat so badly in his gloves last week they slipped right off his hands.
Pyp doesn't say anything about wanting to leave like the others, but Grenn always falls asleep touching him just in case. A finger on Pyp's wrist, or Pyp's back against his chest, or Pyp's thigh pulled into his lap.

In the midst of a war, an election, and personal tragedy, however, the two form a shaky, yet hopeful bond.

Pyp groaned. “The ones who stomp around in heels all the time doing fashion shows or some shit? You’re kidding me!”
“I don’t think they do fashion shows,” Jon muttered from his place on the couch. Pyp ignored him.
“How are we supposed to play COD in the community area if they’re having chick flick marathons in there?” A moment later, there was a loud crash above them, followed by overlapping giggles. Pyp turned to his roommates, pointedly giving them a look. “You see? We’re stuck with this shit for two weeks.”
Sam turned to Pyp and said, “They’re not even that bad. Maybe it’ll be fun!” he grinned, then continued, “Where are you getting this whole ‘two weeks’ thing, anyway?”
“Well,” Pyp huffed. “It’s not as if it’ll last longer than two weeks, right?” Sam and Jon glanced at each other, not responding. “Right?” Pyp repeated.

Sansa Stark wants the bad ass construction worker to notice her and she isn't above using her truck to seal the deal. This is a one-shot that took up space in my mind after hearing some guys discussing what a REAL truck should look like. Just silly fluff really, but with some angst and sweetness.
