Murdoc Niccals made a deal with an ancient Mesopotamian demon deity... er, "Satan", just to simplify things.
It was a very good plan, well thought through, well researched: fame in exchange for a soul... but as he acquires everything he thought he ever wanted, the real cost begins to becomes clear. He starts to HURK... care for the people his unholy dealings are endangering.
Meanwhile, the sea is rising, the waves are calling and Murdoc is an island.Note: Pre-Phase 1 and Phase 1 complete! Phase 2 is in the works This story will eventually encompass/work with canon up until the resolution of Phase 5.

2D sneaks onto his mother's carriage, and has to go to work with her. Mr Von Daallen wants to show 2D a creature he's caught, and 2D ends up accidentally falling for it (How could he not? It's Murdoc we're talking about here). The creature dissapears and Mr Von Daallen thinks they've found a god. -

Set in 1983, Murdoc needs an excuse to not be home, the neighbours down the street needing a babysitter is an easy way to achieve this and all he has to do is watch a 5y/o for a couple hours. What could go wrong?
(I'm attempting to make it accurate to the time, but minimal effort is done to figure out timepieces, such as telephones and so forth)
