Summary
After a devastating attack tears the brothers apart, Leonardo finds himself alone in the sewers until he discovers Donatello, alive but irreparably changed.
Only one had Shredder's clutches, but the experience has left him deeply traumatized. He’s skittish, mentally unstable, and suffers from pharmacophobia, violently resisting even life saving treatment. He barely speaks, often reliving nightmares, and struggles to recognize the world around him or the brother standing in front of him.
Leo, burdened by the crushing weight of leadership and the guilt of failing his family, becomes increasingly overprotective and emotionally unstable. With no knowledge of Raph or Mikey’s fate, he clings to Donnie with desperate intensity, believing that if he can keep at least one brother safe, he hasn’t lost everything. But Donnie's unpredictable behavior and Leo’s own unraveling sanity push Leo to violent extremes their once loving bond is replaced by a toxic cycle of control, fear, and regret.

Summary
While Leo and Mikey were busy doing their Coney Island mission, Donnie and Raph decided to find The Shredder’s whereabout with the recent one being from a warehouse.
But angry with how he caused Leo’s whole life to be thrown upside down, Raph decides to go find the bastard all by himself.
Not realising that by doing so he falls into one of a trap set by their arch-nemesis, who plans on drowning the hot-headed turtle with cold water.
Can Raph survive long enough for Donnie to be there and rescue him or would it already be too late?
