Summary
When Sci had gotten trapped in the Save Screen with Geno, a future version of himself, he wasn’t sure if he would ever be able to get out. With Geno’s help, Sci had escaped, promising to come back and get Geno out as well. In another multiverse, another life, this goal was accomplished, and they both lived free and happy.
This is not that multiverse.
In this life, it’s been years since Sci had escaped the Save Screen. When the tracker he constructed finally located Geno’s signal and created a rip in reality to lead him straight to his friend, he stepped through without a second thought.
Now he’s trapped again, and instead of finding Geno as he’d intended, he’d unintentionally stuck himself in the Antivoid with Error, a destroyer of universes who tries to kill him at first sight. And there was no trace of Geno anywhere.
Now Sci has to find Geno, get out of the Antivoid, and avoid getting killed, all steps that Sci failed the second he left his universe.
or
Sci gets isekai’d while looking for Geno, but instead of going on a magical girl adventure he ends up becoming permanent roommates with Error. No one is happy with this.

Summary
Geno finally trusts Reaper enough to reveal his SOUL, and Reaper is ecstatic but careful not to harm his soon to be Soulbound/husband.
When Reaper accidentally puts too much magic into the exchange, and a new Soul comes into existence right before his and Geno's eyes, a very big problem comes into existence as well.
Reaper will now have to learn how to cope with the big responsibility of fatherhood, as well as keeping the child's origins a secret for both Geno's safety and for the wellbeing of the child, all while everyone in his Home universe, Reapertale, try to adjust to the new, mysterious (and very cute) addition.
