Summary
In a darkened alley, a family cowers before a man with a gun. In a penthouse towering about the neon-lit city streets, the corrupt, the greedy, the powerful feast on stolen fruits. Elsewhere the humble and proud alike scurry into their tiny fortresses, fleeing the nightmare that has become their city. This is Gotham City, where hope died long ago. Even the pessimists have left town.
In cave under a stately manor, a pact is made by candlelight. In the alley, the gunman is stopped by a shadowy bat-like figure. In the penthouse, the gathered thieves gasp in shock. In the sky above the broken commuters a projected silhouette of a bat.
For this is Gotham City. And hope lives in the form of Batman!

There's a new villian in town. The most horrifying fact is that this villian doesn't only operate in nighttime, but also during the day. It forces the shattered Batfamily to act during the daylight. Havoc will be brought upon Gotham once it's realised that this villian can't be caught like any normal criminal. That taking this person down could hurt the Batfamily beyond repair. That taking a hold of this chaos-loving villian could be doing more harm than it will do good to Gotham.
