Leia and Felix were twins.
The two were near always compared to each other in everything. Despite this the two never had any rivalry between them, growing up in a poor area with two working parents.They learned to be independent and to fend for themselves.
Leia, the more troubled one of the two, ends up in a sticky situation when the king of a neighbouring kingdom is convinced she will be the downfall of the obelia empire. According to the king who was given a vision by a so claimed 'God' thinks that a descendent of the Trevino family will cause an uprising against the throne in 10 years to come. With Leia being the child getting into trouble and being open about her hatred for the empire, it was deemed as an obvious pick who the vision would be about.
Leia is sent away to obelia palace to be monitored closely by the emperor on the condition that she will act as an attendant for the young princess.
However Felix is left unknown of his sisters whereabouts and is determined to find her and bring her home. Even if it costs the lives of others..

Everything was a blur including his own hearing, he immediately realized that he was not in his body, he was sure that Death had taken him despite his little dances in coming close to her domain before. He was alive and this time he was of royal blood.

Lucas from the Black Tower.
Athanasia is respected and loved by her people even if she isn't loved by her own father the way people would expect. But she doesn't mind. And that certainly isn't going to change just because a certain naive and pretty brunette girl came into the picture because of a greedy duke...
