Omega in heat, or more likely several, for the scent to be so strong, almost cloying in the hot and stagnant desert air, though still a pleasant reprieve after the stench of Jabba’s palace. Padme looks around her and finds a small crowd gathered in one of the nearby market places, loud chatter reaching them even over the distance.

"Master," Obi-Wan breathed, gaze caught by an ethereal creature. "Who is that?"
Qui-Gon followed Obi-Wan’s eyes up to the stage floor, where a young blonde man stood on stage. Out of the corner of his eye Obi-Wan could see him frown and flip through the cheap datapad they had been provided. Obi-Wan almost wanted to look over and see the information for himself but in the back of his mind he was afraid that if he did the omega would disappear, never to be found again.
"Anakin Skywalker," Qui-Gon announced, and Obi-Wan’s world narrowed. Anakin Skywalker, he said to himself, again and again, praying to the Force that he'd face him. Anakin.
And then mercifully, wondrously, he did.
And Obi-Wan felt himself fall into those blue eyes, happy to never again resurface.

Summary
The Clone Wars have just begun. Obi-Wan has just knighted his padawan and taken command of the 212th, necessitating a shift to a more military mode of being. The last time he was a military commander, he was 13, on Melida/ Daan. He never actually recovered from that experience, opting to suppress the memories instead. Now the memories and traumas are back in full force, and Anakin is old enough and knows Obi-Wan well enough to notice, which raises some questions in his mind about some of the things the Supreme Chancellor has said about Obi-Wan. At any rate, Anakin can also see the angry ghost of the dead girl who has begun appearing in mirrors, wordlessly accusing Obi-Wan, denouncing him as a disaster of a commander. Obi-Wan and Anakin must adapt to the changing circumstances of their lives and redefine their relationship.

Anakin isn’t just upset or angry. He is livid beyond belief. And he’ll be the first to admit it to the council, Jedi-way be damned. His experience with the Hutts? Are they kidding? Anakin’s experience with the Hutts is entirely summed up by beatings and whippings in Gardulla’s palace. At three years old. Going into the gangster's palace to return his slimy son is, honestly, a bad idea, even if he's fluent in Huttese. It's likely that Jabba will realize he was once a slave, and well, there goes any negotiation on Hutt trade routes.
A slight addition to the scene in The Clone Wars movie where Anakin returns to Tatooine with baby Hutt.
