Summary
The two men walked briskly down the hall towards the research wing, flanked by armed troopers. As they approached, the scale of the destruction became more apparent. The smell of smoke filled the air as the emergency lights struggled to illuminate the decimated hallways.
The epicenter appeared to be the holding cells.
With a light stick in hand, he traced the devastation. Walls were peeled bare, the ceiling twisted and fallen from its supports. Shards of glass and plastics littered the floor, reflecting the sputtering emergency lights and sparking wires as utility pipes spewed fluids and steam. Pockets of flames danced in jagged cavities that had been carved into the steel. Perhaps a dozen troopers and staff were dead, contorted and scattered on the floor.
An uncharacteristic expression of concern fell over Hux’s face. He stepped cautiously over a dead trooper, splashing red onto the leather of his boot as it landed in a wet slick of blood.
He could hear Mitaka’s breaths becoming more anxious.
“Could she still be here?” He asked, voice breaking. Hux ignored him.Series

Zur Info: Anfangs war es für mich echt nur ein Spaßprojekt, und Kapitel über 1000 Wörter war für mich schon viel. Das änderte sich mit jedem weiteren Teil immer mehr. Ich habe echt Spaß und Freude an dem Entwickeln von Orten, Charakteren und Spezies gefunden und hoffe, euch damit anstecken zu können.
