Summary
Basically re-using my dear SIs Tsukiko and Shugo.
Their original story takes place in DCMK universe (Detective Conan and Magic Kaito) where they have happen to have background as Kagemiya siblings though they use the names Okiya Tsukiko and Midorikawa Shugo as they pick the names before finding out about Kagemiya's.And then they start hopping from universe to another.

After being shot to death by Gin, Amamiya Saya realized too late that this was the infamous Black Organization. Armed with the near forgotten transmigration knowledge ("Conan is the protagonist") and reborn knowledge ("Bourbon backstabbed the organization"), she works hard to find a way out alive with her limited resources and connections.
Facing countless danger thanks a certain intelligence officer, she immediately retracted her plans to hold hands with Bourbon. Then watching the careless shrunken detective's series of operations, she felt doubt.
It seems the only one she can rely on is herself.
One is a turncoat and the other is an undercover agent, Cherry and Bourbon continue to circle around each other in suspicion.
