“Hood?”
Tim turned in circles, bow staff raised with his arms poised. He couldn’t hear Jason, but he knew he was there. Somewhere.
“Replacement,” Jason’s voice echoed in a sing-song tone, mocking Tim like it was all some messed up game of Marco-Polo.
“Hood, where are you?”
The ceiling overhead was dark and webbed. The boards above Tim’s head cracked. He whipped his staff to point above like it would stop the 250 pounds of muscles falling straight for his head.
Tim’s staffed cracked, but he was able to roll away from Jason’s plummeting body.
Jason grabbed Tim’s now broke and useless staff. He snapped it over his legs, with what Tim would guess to be an evil grin if his hood wasn’t covering his face.
“Baby Bird, didn’t anyone teach you not to break your toys.”
aka Jason gets hit with fear toxin beats up Tim feels like shits so he tries to patch him up and it just turns into cuddles while Dick is being a shit

When Tim was seven years old, he remembers sitting all alone in his dark and cold mansion. It was his birthday. He had ordered a box of cake mix and cobbled together a cake for himself which he put seven candles on. He wanted to try out something he saw a character do in television. Singing happy birthday to himself, he blew out the candles and made a wish. "Please, make it so I’m not all alone."
Or: Tim is a sad sad sixteen year old who feels all alone because almost everyone he ever loved died.

“Isn’t dead,” Tim shouts then and everyone goes silent. Tim closes his eyes shut tight. He won’t look at anyone. He can’t. “H-he isn’t dead.”
“Of course not,” Cass says but her voice is different; it’s smaller. Less sure. And Tim has a horrible feeling that she doesn’t believe him.

Or: Tim and Damian (and the Titans) are caught as per usual and for almost two days Tim thinks that Damian is dead. It's the longest two days of his life.
