These writings tell a firsthand account of how the humble bug enthusiast became a hero of the people, a killer of dragons, and master of his own destiny, as well as offering insights into the common life following the Upheaval, and containing the last known evidence of the mysterious Fairy Dragon Tyn’gell. The diary was recovered and restored by members of the Lookout Landing Research Association’s Zonai Studies division.

10,000 years ago, in a land known as Hyrule... The land was living in peace, with the most technological advancements known to any other kingdom in the world! It was a perfect paradise, where the ancient Zonai tribe descended down from the Heavens to bestow their craft... But, a man, a great evil, became what historians now recall as, the Calamity Ganon. A primal evil that has endured over the ages... Five Champions were established to fight against the Calamity, alongside the highly advanced Sheikah automatons called Divine Beasts and Guardians... With these, the princess and her chosen hero holding the Sword that Seals the Darkness, slayed the Calamity, and sealed it away... Forever.
After the war, the king had a thought... The Sheikah have terrifying technology, but, under their rule... The Sheikah can be of use for Hyrule's advancement... So, the king decided to keep the Sheikah under his rule. His command. His, "protection." Centuries go by, in the year 1889, where Hyrule is the most advanced it has ever been, where the Industrial Revolution has taken its course, Hyrule without evil since the tragedy 10,000 years ago... But, evil gloom still lurks in the shadows, which is where the story of this Link begins...

Link could always be counted on for his unusual gift of incredible reflexes, one of the few things that saved the team on numerous occasions in the workplace. She sighed in relief, closing her eyes. Tightening his grip, he yanked Zelda back up.
Unfortunately, the package that was Link also came with a stroke of bad luck that seemed to follow him everywhere. In the process of trying to pull Zelda to her feet in a suave-like fashion, he had yanked on her scrubs rather too hard. Somehow, her shirt had ripped down the front, causing the fabric to fall apart. She fell onto her back and caught the sight of Link’s face growing beet-red at an exponential rate.
Of all days, it was the least wise decision to wear her worn-out bra today.
