Peter Benjamin Parker has been reincarnated as Peter Parker Grayson after the snap in Titan with his only memories of his last life being of anything relating to his powers, which he has yet to master.
Dick Grayson is given sole custody of Peter, after not having even known he has existed, by his last ex-girlfriend before she dies and now he's the active father of a two- soon to be three- year old.
Both now have to deal with Peter not knowing how to control his powers, and Dick not knowing how to raise a toddler.

That made the kid giggle. “Punching bag. Meditation. Lawyer.” He pondered. “I guess I could do that.”
In most universes, Matt Murdock and Peter Parker live separate lives.
