Summary
"Izuku was expecting harsh words, mean stares, or some other rude gesture. What Izuku was not expecting was for the man to put an arm around Izuku’s waist and resist Izuku’s effort to stray from the man’s lap. Sure, Izuku had fought deadly villains and stayed calm and rational, but this he was never prepared to handle... Izuku shot up to sit up to listen intently when he felt a hard tug at his chest. There he saw that his chest had a pair of moderately large breasts attached underneath his hospital gown."
After a troubling incident on the way to class, Izuku Midoriya is hit with a gender-swapping quirk that leaves him -now her- the opposite gender. Between adjusting to her new body, figuring out if it's permanent, the overwhelming attention (good and bad) from her peers, the confusing feelings she has over switching genders, and the stress of the hero course to top it all off leaving Izuku overwhelmed but doing her best to adjust.
In other words, the one where Izuku is turned into a girl and has everyone starstruck. All the meanwhile, Izuku finally comes to terms with what it means to be who Izuku has always been on the inside.

When you wake up on your fourth birthday, you expect to get a quirk right? No, well atleast not Midoryia Izuku. He was diagnosed as quirkless and was ignored/bullied by his family and peers.
At the age of six, he made a living out of selling information on villians to heroes. He saved up the money to buy a new house. While he was out getting ice cream, he heard a scream coming from an alley way.
He went to check to see what was going on and found a woman being hold at gunpoint by a tall man. Izuku panicked and quickly thrusted his hands forward, unexpectedly there was ice coming out of his hands and intirelly covering the man. With his new found quirk he decided to keep it a secret and train with it to get into UA.

If knowing a language you weren't taught is a quirk, then Midoriya Izuku's powers are worthless. He was diagnosed with dyslexia and ADHD so he can't read Japanese nor English pretty well and he can't stay still. But for some reason, he can write and read Greek fairly well so this language is what he was using in writing his Hero Analysis books. He really wants to be a hero but how can he do that with no powers? His childhood friend, Kacchan, told him to kill himself so that maybe when he was reincarnated that he would get a nice quirk.
So it was one afternoon after school that he decided to drown himself at a river. It was that day that he discovers that he wouldn't need to wait for reincarnation after all. And it was that day that he learned the identity of his father.
He can be a hero... and he would save them all with a smile!
