Summary
Peter gets thrown into DC and has to find a way to survive. After being kidnapped, raped, abused and murdering his capture he gets found by Jason who he learns to love despite Peter being a schizophrenic and recently emerged from the Lazarus pit. They both have to work out their relationship around Peter getting hunted, kidnapped and chased all over Gotham and then Peter has to help Jason tell his family he's alive again.

The establishment of the Justice League of America brings these conversations to light. Sometimes a dream, unless you find yourself to be Robin trying to get civilians out of dangerous situations. Or Speedy trying to get into a club to chase down a pickpocket. No one really knows what to do with young heroes. Without guidance or proper nurturing, the teens will find ways to have the life experiences that they need to develop into proper members of society, weather as civilians or as the new heroes of tomorrow.

Tim liked to call what he did as a child ‘watching’ others seemed to have deemed it ‘stalking’, but he was fine with that; if they didn’t understand then that was their fault. He never got hurt doing it, nobody noticed he was there, and he got good pictures and memories out of, it was a win-win situation. It also allowed him to figure out the identity’s of Batman, Nightwing, and robin. Consequently opening up the Justice Leagues identities as well, and when he was only 7, going on 8 too! It also ga e him the perfect blackmail to make himself robin when Nighteing refused to return. But when robin - now Red Hood - showed up at Titans Tower with glowing green eyes and shock of white hair on his right temple fighting him with the intention of killing him? That had proved to be one of the scariest and hardest moments in his life to live through. But he had. And Jason and him, as well as Dick and Bruce, were making efforts to be a family again. Though it was hard, and they weren’t quit there yet.

Wally’s plan was not. Through his father’s ambition, the king’s aspirations, and his own anxieties, Wally now has to navigate the treacherous labyrinth of the inner court. Walking the knife’s edge of appeasing the royal family, and trying to avoid his fathers wrath should he fail. Wally’s life has only got significantly more complicated, and if he’s not careful, he could lose everything, including his life.

Well, until he finds out that basic rules that most Earths that have some form of a Justice League have don’t…really apply here. Oh, and he’s older than his oldest brother now.
You know what? Yeah, Tim’s panicking.
Or: the ‘Tim in the YJ show-verse’ trope, but comics-verse isn't a hellscape and the YJ-verse isn't perfect. Somehow, Tim finds a home despite that.
