Miko, a lone moki, lives in a small village tucked in the outer edge of Nimal. His quiet, albeit unsteady life is suddenly shaken evermore as his mother is diagnosed with an inexplicable illness, born from the rising entropy crawling along his home. With no real treatment, Miko is forced to take matters into his own paws and travel across the land of Nimal to demand a cure from the Spirit Spruce, even if it kills him.
