Addressed to Azirapil from a Mr. “Crawly,” it appears to be begging for the other’s return to Ur from a western journey with another individual, Abiraham. Steve’s answer wasn’t a surprise. Some part of Bucky must have known that the only reason Romanoff wouldn’t have been in the thick of this battle with her team was because she was dead. But the feeling welling up in Bucky’s chest, so big and unbearable that it crowded out the air in his lungs until he could barely breathe, so sudden that it nearly brought him to his knees, that was a surprise. He knew whatever expression was on his face right now wasn’t the right one, because Romanoff was—had been—an acquaintance at best, a friend of a friend, and yet here he was, struggling to keep it together at the news.
An icy rime of fear crept in over and around the tidal wave of grief. What did his body know that his mind didn’t?

Antonin Dolohov is in no mood to socialize when his best friend summons him to The Deagol, a secret club which caters to the dregs of wizarding society (werewolves, vampires, eldritch abominations, and former Death Eaters just like him). However, unbeknownst to the Russian mage, he has walked into the bar on the night of the yearly Undersale — a voluntary auction in which a group of caged women can erase their debts to the Unseelie Fae by selling themselves for a twelve-hour period to the highest bidder. Disgusted by the practice, Antonin almost leaves The Deagol, but he is shocked to see the witch at the far end of the stage: an enchantress wearing white lace lingerie, feathery wings, and a halo.
She might be dressed as a heavenly creature, but — at the end of the night — she will have hell to pay.

Voldemort has won the Battle of Hogwarts. His few opponents who survived have been on the run for eight months when Hermione Granger is apprehended in the woods of Cumbria. To extract intel about the whereabouts of the remaining rebels, the Dark Lord commands Antonin Dolohov to utilize a shocking sorcery, of which the Russian Death Eater is the last known practitioner: the ars cupiditas, a form of pleasure torture which causes the victim to become sexually addicted to the user and surrender any information to receive the boon of his body.
But when a reluctant Antonin casts the enchantment, he is unaware that the latent pieces of his own magic still residing in Hermione’s scar will cause the spell to bounce right back at him, rendering them mutually obsessed. He must now find a way to save the brilliant witch who has rapidly become more than just a job, along with himself, before Voldemort realizes the critical error his High Inquisitor has made.
